I realize I am probably not a "typical" fastrunning blogger but have been impressed with the comeraderie I have seen among the users.  I am using the blog to record my running and crosstraining workouts.

Okay, I'm not a stalker. I just stumbled across your blog and decided to remind you about your good intentions when you started a year ago.
